Castle with two private beaches
At Stresa, a castle in a park of 12.000m², which belonged to the stylist Gianfranco Ferrè, made up of three floors above ground, on a symmetric base with two circular angular turrets and a square central tower, it is collocated on the side facing the lake.
The total surface of the castle measures 486 m² plus two cellars. In the basement there are service rooms and two wine cellars.
On the ground floor, a large entrance with central staircase, habitable kitchen, dining room, spacious living room with fireplace, toilet and small elevator.
On the first floor, 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, on the second floor, a room of 20m² m and loft of 100m².
The third and fourth floor are collocated in the turrets and are single rooms.
The dependence of 120m² m is on 2 levels, on the ground floor comprising a habitable kitchen, living room and storage room with external access; on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 double room and bathroom, on the attic floor a spacious room.
A rural building of 100m² m and two private beaches of 260m² m complete the property.
